●产品特点Features

1.PVDF层对电解液有溶胀作用，热压后形成凝胶层，大大提高电池安全性能。

2.正负极与隔膜粘结在一起，可降低电池的漏液气胀率，并且当电池受到振动时，避免发生正负极错位。

3.有利于提高电芯一致性。

4.本产品采用水性体系，不容易堵塞隔膜的离子通道。

 

1、PVDF layer has swelling effect on electrolyte, and poses gel layer after hot pressing that greatly improve the security performance of the battery

2、Anode and cathode of the battery bonded together with the separator, can reduce its leakage inflatable rate, so as to avoid the dislocation of the anode and cathode while the battery is subject to vibration.
