可以在钢制辊面直接加工各种线数的网穴和凹凸图纹，无须对辊面事先进行专门镀铜墙铁壁，使用寿命长，花纹图形均匀一致，适用于复合上胶、涂布、油墨转移，上光等范围。
　　　　网纹辊主要用于上浆、上色。适用于塑料、人革、皮革、纸张、纸箱
　　机械等行业。
　　　　技术参数：
　　　　1.网纹目数、花形、规格齐全。可根据用户使用要求， 在10～600线/英寸间任选；
　　　　2.校正静平衡及300转/分以下的E级动平衡；
　　　　3.选用45#无缝管，经加工内孔，焊接，回火处理；
　　　　4.同轴度≤0.025mm；

　　　　5.表面镀铬后抛光，硬度HRC62以上。
