 多层模内复合模具
衣架式结构模内多层复合模具。
模内多层复合模具，可将各种原料由挤出机输出，通过模具内腔复合能均匀稳定地结合一起，各层厚度比例任意调节，实现制品多层化, 多色化复合。
在模唇部可得到连续无阻拦的流面，装有微小间隔的调节螺钉对树脂的压力与金属的上下反弹起作用，可弯曲模唇以调节模口间隙, 模具宽度可调节。
A/B, A/B/C, A/B/A等多种复合形式。
适用适用于PP, PE, APET, PETG, PS, HIPS, ABS, PC, PMMA, PVC, EVA等原料生产。
表面全部镀硬铬，紧固件采用12.9级高强度螺栓，采用优质, 耐用不锈钢加热棒加热。
适用各种鞋材, 防水布, 牛津布, 包装袋 等。
模具幅宽400-6000mm。
